Where Is Reality?

Reality does not wait for us in thought. It isn't found in what we remember, fear, or hope for.
The instant attention captured by mind thinking about the present, attempting to analyze… Categorize… and place it on a mental bookshelf, it's already gone... and in Nowness we are a phantom wandering through mind's dream.
Reality is the silent pulse before the thinking mind arrives... before it names, divides, or reaches to grab.
Zazen is this unspoken space of the present moment... movement and stillness breathe as ZEROLESS ZERO... not one... not two.
When Attention attentive to here... not pointing anywhere else... thinking reveals itself for what it is: a post or pre-hypnotic suggestion.
To BE HERE NOW is to cease traveling through time, awake to where we already are.
一We Are the Practice Itself
