Effective Rather Than Efficient

Sometimes it's helpful to remember… Humans are not designed to be particularly efficient. We are designed for relating and relatedness. In this way, it's possible to be highly effective. Too much emphasis and focus on efficiency… Though the "trains may run on time," they may lose effectiveness when they leave inefficient humanness and Human's behind.
