Meeting Disappointment, Grief, and Sadness


So many times, it's the practice of prayer and meditation that helps me to process... open the hand of thought... compost... perhaps combust... maybe even assimilate and integrate... disappointment, disturbance, sadness, and grief that's held within the body and mind... as a result of being so stupidly powerless over things I care about. In this way, there's a spontaneous discovery of how to respond to the moment intuitively that's way better had I not had this practice.
