Training Heart and Mind

An unmanaged or mismanaged, relationship with so-called "self," is a never ending drama producing machine, cause it forces us to chase after, run from, depreciate or take things for granted. The egos anxiety and/or depression can become a “Thing!” That in a very real way can immobilize us.

We can stop, drop, and meditate! We can train the heart and mind, using meditative heart/mind practices, penetrating its physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual insecurities, softening our internal ground. It's then that we are no longer like a dog, chasing after every stick of a opinion the ego throws, and can realize a sense of authentic peace and contentment.
